Trumer Hopfenernte is a fruity and flowery beer creation produced in extremely limited quantities and refined through dry hopping in our storage cellars. Once a year, visitors and brewery employees take part in the Trumer Hop Harvest festival from which the beer takes its name, picking fresh hop cones from the brewery’s own hop garden and using them to brew this specialty beer.
