How often will I get a delivery?
Four times a year. You’ll get a seasonally appropriate Hopfenbox selection for every season of the year. You’ll receive the first delivery a few days after ordering. All subsequent deliveries will be sent out on the 5th day of each Hopfenbox season.
What’s in the Hopfenbox?
The Hopfenbox contains six bottles of each of three Trumer pilsner varieties, for a total of 18 bottles of beer. Our brewmaster decides every three months on which beer creations will be included in the Hopfenbox. You’ll also find two of our award-winning glasses in every Hopfenbox.
For how long am I committed to my Hopfenbox subscription?
We offer two different subscription models: you sign up for either a one-year subscription or an open-ended subscription.
One-year subscription: With the one-year subscription, you’ll get four Hopfenbox deliveries. After that, the subscription ends automatically – we promise! Just pay once and never worry about it again.
Open-ended subscription: You can cancel your open-ended subscription at any time, up to the 25th of the last month in each Hopfenbox season (i.e. 25 February, 25 May, 25 August
and 25 November). If you cancel your subscription before this date, you won’t receive any more Hopfenbox deliveries.
Can I pause my Hopfenbox subscription?
No, it is currently not possible to pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my Hopfenbox subscription?
One-year subscription: No cancellation is necessary for a one-year subscription. It will automatically expire after four Hopfenbox deliveries.
Open-ended subscription: You can cancel your open-ended subscription at any time, up to the 25th of the last month in each Hopfenbox season (i.e. 25 February, 25 May, 25 August and 25 November). If you cancel your subscription before this date, you won’t receive any more Hopfenbox deliveries.

My address has changed. What should I do?
You’ve moved? No problem! Just send us an email at email@example.com to tell us your new address! But please be sure to send us that email on time – preferably by the 25th of the last month in the Hopfenbox season (i.e. 25 February, 25 May, 25 August and 25 November).
Can I postpone the shipment of my next Hopfenbox?
No, it is currently not possible to postpone a Hopfenbox shipment.
How can I pay for my Hopfenbox subscription?
You can pay via PayPal or with your credit card – we accept both VISA and MasterCard. If you want to pay via PayPal, simply open an account on www.PayPal.de and link it to your bank account or credit card.
How much does it cost to ship my Hopfenbox?
You don’t have to pay extra for shipping and delivery costs – they’re already included in the price.
Can I also have the Hopfenbox sent as a gift?
Of course! The Hopfenbox is a wonderful gift idea for friends with good taste.
Just select the “This is a gift” option and enter the address of the lucky recipient. You can also add a brief message to make your gift even more personal. We’ll then write it on a greeting card that will be included with the first Hopfenbox.
When do I have to pay for the Hopfenbox?
One-year subscription: For a one-year subscription, you pay a one-time fee of € 140. A few days after your payment, you’ll receive the current Hopfenbox in the mail. Later shipments will be sent out on the 5th day of each Hopfenbox season (on 5 March, 5 June, 5 September and 5 December).
Open-ended subscription: For the open-ended subscription, you pay € 39 every three months. If you order an open-ended subscription today, you’ll pay the first € 39 instalment immediately. The next payment is due on the 28th of the last month in the Hopfenbox season (i.e. 28 February, 28 May, 28 August and 28 November).
You’ll receive the current Hopfenbox a few days. Later shipments will be sent out on the 5th day of each Hopfenbox season (on 5 March, 5 June, 5 September and 5 December).
Are Hopfenbox subscriptions really only available in Austria?
Yes. We’re all in favour of beer without borders – but unfortunately, the Hopfenbox can only be delivered within Austria at this time.

Over the course of the year, a one-year subscription costs € 16 less. You only have to pay once, then never worry about it again. The subscription expires automatically. For the open-ended subscription, you pay € 39 every three months. On the other hand, you have the option to cancel your subscription at any time. This model is most appropriate for beer lovers who just want to test the Hopfenbox once. But true beer fans will probably go right for the yearly subscription!
Can I enter two different delivery addresses when ordering?
No, unfortunately we are currently unable to record two different delivery addresses for one order. For example, if you want to order one Hopfenbox for yourself and one as a gift, you must first complete one order process and then start a new one.
