Packages in Austria are normally delivered within 3-5 working days and within EU-states within 3-10 working days after payment is received via Österreichische Post AG (with shipment tracking option). Packages are only delivered if a person is present who can sign to confirm receipt of the package. Therefore, please provide a delivery address where someone is sure to be present to accept the package – except when you gave permission to the post office to deliver packages to you anyway (workplace, acquaintances, relatives etc., if you are not at home during the day). Packages returned due to multiple delivery failures will be invoiced.

Our products are always solidly and securely packed. Should damage occur in transit despite our best efforts, we ask that you report it to beer@trumer.at (with photo attachment) within 5 working days after delivery. Unfortunately, returns requested at a later time or without proof cannot be replaced at no cost.
