Our Märzen-Zwickl is brewed according to the original process, leaving the unfiltered yeasts in in the beer for added taste. The result is a milder, more full-bodied beer with multi-layered flavour nuances. The cloudiness is intentionally kept subtle to emphasise the beer’s refreshing character. Our Slow Brewing philosophy with its longer ageing phase pays off here, clearing the beer gently and naturally.
Decanted in proper style into the original, somewhat smaller and bulbous EURO bottles, and sporting a Trumer label from the 1970s, even the packaging pays tribute to the original design of years past.
