The base of Obertrumer Bio Radler is a Märzen-style sour beer. Natural lactic acid fermentation at the brewhouse makes for a refreshingly pleasant sour note. Blended with the beer is a natural tea made out of real organic lemon verbena from Sonnentor and just a touch of Austrian organic beet sugar. The result of this unique method is the refreshing and much less sweet Obertrumer Bio Radler – with no concentrates, sweeteners or other artificial ingredients. It’s not only our first organic product – it’s a Radler that couldn’t be any more natural!
